Rebekah Denison Hewitt has lived in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, South Carolina, North Carolina, and currently calls Wisconsin home. She holds an MFA in poetry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she was a Martha Meier Renk Distinguished Graduate Fellow. Her poems and essays have appeared in journals such Narrative, The Rumpus, Poetry Northwest, and The Pinch. Her first manuscript was recently a finalist for the National Poetry Series. She has four children and works as a librarian.
